Growing up in the Essex countryside, Joss Clapson has continuously drawn from early childhood. Self-taught and always experimenting with different mediums including Ink, pastels, charcoal and oils she has developed a style taking inspiration from the reckless youth culture of the 60s.

Joss Clapson's passion for the fashions and culture of this era feature heavily in her work and by using unconventional skin tones cleverly blended with a unique and eccentric style she brings each scene to life.
